Terms and conditions

Every project starts from a written proposal with the scope, the deliverables and the timeline. Proposals are valid for 15 days. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately.

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, you have 30 calendar days from kickoff to send the content, images and access the project needs. After that, we may use provisional images, and new material counts as a change request.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you send and for having the rights to use it.

Timelines are counted in working days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) and pause whenever we are waiting for your content, decisions, feedback or payments.

Each proposal includes one consolidated round of changes per delivery, sent in writing within 30 calendar days. If we don’t hear from you in that time, we consider the delivery approved.

Further rounds, and changes that go beyond the brief, are quoted separately: a quote is paid in full when you accept it, and we start on it once it’s paid. We don’t take instructions by voice note or verbal order.

Payments follow the schedule in your proposal (see payments). Previews may carry a watermark or a temporary address until the project is paid in full.

Once the project is paid in full, we transfer to you the rights to use and exploit the final deliverables, in writing if you ask for it.

Third-party material (fonts, stock images, plugins, services) stays under its own licence. Our platform, tools and code libraries remain ours; you get a licence to use them for your project. We may show the work in our portfolio unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Hosting, domains, plugins and payment providers follow their own terms, and we are not responsible for their changes or outages.

If we host your site, we tell you about renewals at least 15 days ahead. We may suspend hosting for unpaid invoices or for content that breaks the law.

If a project waits more than 30 calendar days for your materials, feedback, decisions or payments, we may close it; what has been delivered and paid for is yours. Reopening a closed project within 180 days costs 15% of the original price, paid in advance.

If we miss a delivery date by 15 working days or more for reasons of our own, you may cancel and get back what you paid for work not delivered.

You get a full refund if we haven’t started within 10 working days of your deposit, or if we don’t answer your written messages for 10 working days. Refunds are paid by transfer within 90 calendar days.

We’ll try to settle any disagreement directly first, then through conciliation. These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia.
