How payments work

Projects are paid in three parts: 40% to start, 40% at the first delivery and 20% at the final delivery.

Each payment request is due 15 days after we send it.

We start work when the deposit arrives. Source files and the rights to the work are handed over once the project is paid in full. The care plan is billed monthly.

Clients outside Colombia pay in US dollars by international transfer. Clients in Colombia pay in pesos, by transfer to Movidagrafica, Agencia de Marketing SAS, at the official exchange rate (TRM) of the day we send the payment request, which shows the amount in pesos.

We accept stablecoins (USDC or USDT). The payment request gives the network and the wallet address to use.

Account and wallet details come with each payment request: in its email and on a private page only you can open. They’re never on this site’s public pages, and we don’t change them by email: if a message asks you to pay somewhere else, contact us before you pay.

Prices are in US dollars, before taxes. For clients in Colombia, VAT (IVA, 19%) is added to each payment request. Once it’s issued, the electronic invoice is on the payment request’s page.

Tell us on the payment request’s page (“I’ve paid”), or send the transfer receipt or the transaction hash to info@movidagrafica.co, and we’ll confirm we received it.
