Navicon is a family-owned luxury homebuilder and management firm. It takes custom residences from pre-construction and planning to the finished house. We designed its identity and, later, its website.

(01)

The challenge

Luxury homebuilding is sold on trust. A client hands over a site and a budget for years of work, so the builder has to look as careful as the houses it delivers.

Navicon needed an identity with that sense of precision, and a website that lets the finished homes do the talking.

(02)

Brand

The mark is a compass needle drawn as one faceted shape: direction and precision, the two things a client wants from whoever builds their home. It sits above a light, widely spaced wordmark, in navy and white.

We carried it across the stationery: letterhead, business cards and presentation folders.

UX/UI

The site leads with photography of the finished homes, under one line: Sensitive to design, passionate for architecture. Services follow the order of a build, from pre-construction (design development, constructability review, estimating, scheduling) to new construction and renovations.

The portfolio gives each residence a page of its own, so a prospective client can look at the work house by house, on any screen.

The result

The site is live at naviconus.com, with the identity carried through it. Its portfolio, services and press pages give Navicon one place to send a prospective client.
