The Kidstore is a shop in Panama specialised in maternity and baby products. What sets it apart is personal advice: helping parents choose the right stroller, car seat or crib. We designed and built its online store.

(01)

The challenge

Parents don’t buy a stroller or a car seat on a whim. They compare brands, weights and safety features, and in a shop they ask. The online store had to answer those questions on the page, for brands like Nuna, Cybex and UPPAbaby.

(02)

UX/UI

The catalogue is organised the way parents shop: clothing, car seats, strollers, feeding, the nursery, hygiene, outings and a gift registry. Each category opens on a photo of the products in use, then the range.

Product pages lead with large photography and the price, then spell out what matters for that product, such as weight, folding and safety. On phones, search, the menu and the cart stay in a compact header.

The store is live at kidstore.com.pa, in Spanish and with prices in balboas. Parents can browse the full range by category, compare products and buy online.
