Can I keep my own hosting?
Yes. If you keep your own hosting account, we manage it as part of care, at no extra cost.
What if I need more than 8 hours in a month?
Anything bigger is a change request, quoted like any other.
How is the care plan billed?
The care plan is billed monthly. Each month comes with a payment request that tells you how much, by when and where to send it.
