Your working hours
Bogotá is on UTC−5 all year: the same time as New York in winter and Chicago in summer. We work Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

English and Spanish
We work, write and present in English, and in Spanish when your market speaks it.

Prices in US dollars
Every engagement starts from a published price in US dollars, from $400 for a Discovery. You pay by international transfer or in stablecoins (USDC or USDT). See pricing.
Prices are in US dollars, before taxes. For clients in Colombia, VAT (IVA, 19%) is added to each payment request. Once it’s issued, the electronic invoice is on the payment request’s page.

A written proposal
Every project starts from a written proposal with the scope, the deliverables and the timeline. Proposals are valid for 15 days. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately.
You accept it online, and follow the work as it happens on a private preview.

Discovery
A workshop on your business and your customers, an audit of what you have, and a written plan: scope, deliverables and timeline.

Kickoff
We set the calendar and one contact on each side. You share your content, references and access, and we help you shape them.

Design
We design the identity or the key screens with your real content, and present them live with the reasoning behind each decision.

Build
We build the site, the store or the brand applications on a private preview, so you can follow the work as it happens.

Review
You send one consolidated round of feedback, everything together and in writing, and we apply it.

Launch and care
We launch, train your team and hand over every file. The care plan keeps it current from there.
