Guide

How much does a brand identity cost in 2026?

A logo is one mark; an identity is the system around it: colour, type, guidelines and the first applications. These are the ranges published in the United States and in Colombia, what moves the price, and what we charge.

In the United States

A logo only $100–$2,000 ManyPixels (2026)
A starter identity: logo, colours, type and a short guide $500–$5,000 from a freelancer, $5,000–$15,000 from an agency ManyPixels (2026)
A full identity system $5,000–$20,000 from a freelancer, $15,000–$50,000 from an agency ManyPixels (2026)
Strategy-led branding $25,000–$200,000 or more, from an agency ManyPixels (2026)
Movidagráfica Strategy, positioning and a complete identity system, from $990 Our brand identity

In Colombia

A logo COP 1.1 million Diseñadores Colombianos (2025 rate card)
A basic brand manual COP 1.6 million Diseñadores Colombianos (2025 rate card)
A logo with a basic identity COP 1–2 million Laboratorio Web (August 2026)
Complete branding with a manual COP 3–6 million; with strategy, at a large agency, over COP 8 million Laboratorio Web (August 2026)
Movidagráfica Strategy, positioning and a complete identity system, from $990 Our brand identity

Ranges are what each source publishes, not quotes. Our price is a starting price; a Discovery turns your scope into a fixed quote.

What moves the price

  1. 01

    A logo or a system

A logo alone is one mark. An identity adds colour, type, guidelines and how it all works on real pieces.

  2. 02

    Strategy first, or not

Research, positioning and messaging before any design take time, and they are what make the identity fit the business.

  3. 03

    How many applications

Stationery, signage, social templates, a pitch deck: each application is designed and delivered.

  4. 04

    Packaging and illustration

Packaging and illustration are design work of their own, priced by what they need.

  5. 05

    Rounds of changes

How many rounds of feedback a quote includes, and how they are given, changes the hours behind it.

  6. 06

    Files and rights

Who owns the work, and whether you receive the source files, should be written in the quote.

What you get from us

Strategy, positioning and a complete identity system: logo, colour, type, guidelines and the first applications, from stationery to packaging.

The brand guidelines and every source file, editable file and final artwork. Source files and the rights to the work are handed over once the project is paid in full.

Designing a brand is not registering it

In Colombia, a brand is registered with the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (SIC), which has its own fees. Design and registration are separate steps; check that the name is free before the design is final.

How we price

Every engagement starts from a set price. Discovery turns it into a fixed quote for your project.

Projects are paid in three parts: 40% to start, 40% at the first delivery and 20% at the final delivery.

Questions

Before you ask

Is a logo enough?

To start, it can be. Once your website, your packaging and your ads have to look like one company, you need the system: colours, type and the rules for using them.

What do I receive at the end?

The brand guidelines and every source file, editable file and final artwork. Source files and the rights to the work are handed over once the project is paid in full.

How many rounds of changes are included?

One consolidated round of feedback per delivery: every comment together, in writing. New requirements become a separate change request, so the project stays on time.

Are taxes included?

Prices are in US dollars, before taxes. For clients in Colombia, VAT (IVA, 19%) is added to each payment request. Once it’s issued, the electronic invoice is on the payment request’s page.
